Part 10 of 10 Β· Leadership lessons I wish I knew earlier
π 10 β Scaling is about stopping, not adding
When companies grow, the instinct is to do more: More projects. More hires. More initiatives.
But the companies that scale successfully are the ones disciplined enough to stop:
- Stop pet projects
- Stop outdated processes
- Stop legacy sacred cows
- Stop meetings with no purpose
- Stop chasing every opportunity
- Stop confusing activity with progress
Growth creates clutter. Leadership creates clarity.
The most successful companies donβt win by adding more. They win by choosing what not to do.
